Care for Adults and the Elderly

We all have moments in our lives when we feel overwhelmed, incapable and in need of help and support. I care for my patients, treating them like family. I believe that it is more than just helping the patient with daily activities, but rather making a difference in their lives, because in their own home, the elderly feel comfortable and relaxed, providing results in less time and with the necessary dignity and respect. I take care to serve each patient with the greatest understanding, paying attention to the needs of each one individually, with full support to families and caregivers, so that together we form a team capable of providing solutions and taking care to respect individual privacy and preferences, because each individual is unique in their particularities. At the moment I am only providing voluntary care, as I need to improve my English to validate my Diplomas in the United Kingdom, so I am offering my knowledge in Mental Care and in exchange you can help me with my English fluency.

There is so much more that unites us as humans than divides us. We have a deep need for community support. We all feel better physically when our minds are balanced and could benefit from a less stressful routine.

It’s great to know that we can explore these topics together. I’m here not to teach you, but to learn from you as we move through the seasons of life. This is a safe space. Let’s throw all stigmas out the window and improve our well-being in body and spirit.
